The location was perfect, close to the train station and easy to find. The staff were nice and helpful, providing us with a detailed map and giving great recommendations for attractions and dinner. The hotel was very clean and modern, creating a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely book this hotel again. Despite a small glitch with the wifi code, the staff quickly resolved the issue and provided us with the code. The only other minor drawback was the slow paid wifi in the room. these small inconveniences were easily overlooked due to the overall positive experience.

Conveniently located near train and water taxi stations. Modern, beautiful rooms. Quiet alley with access to delicious restaurants. Limited rooms with two beds for families. Had to book two rooms but worth it. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff! 🚂🚤🏨 🥐🍳👨🍳

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable - the best we've ever slept in. The rain shower in the bathroom was great, and the breakfast in the garden was unbelievable. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and gave us the best tips and tricks for exploring the city.

We loved staying at this hotel - it's conveniently located within easy walking distance to the train station, yet tucked away in a quiet alley that's perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The service here is unbeatable, with 24-hour reception, friendly and helpful staff, and room amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a balcony. The garden area is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my Easter stay enjoyable. The location of the hotel was a standout feature, being just a short walk from the train station and water taxi stop, making it convenient for exploring the city. Another great aspect of this hotel was the clean and spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning.

The location of the hotel is superb, as it is near the Grand Canal and water bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. It is also conveniently close to the vaparetto stop and easily accessible from the train station. The room was spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds for the whole family. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had beautiful facilities, such as a private garden and a bar for evening drinks.
The bathroom in our suite was quite cramped and could have been better designed.
